Looking for a GOOD window crank

I just had yet another cheap window crank (plastic) break off on me as I went to open the window. I replaced the originals at some point as the little knob on the end had gotten loose. Nothing but bad experiences with the replacements as the plastic for the arm seems cheap and flexes too much.

I did find this one which is "chrome", but chromed what, I don't know...

Interestingly, the ad says it is a "standard window crank for a Jaguar E-Type" Anyone have an experience using a non MG-Midget window crank on an MG?

I think I have one of those you can have. Lemme see if I can remember where I put it.

I popped an email off to BP Northwest and it ends up those cranks are all metal, not just chromed plastic. Perfect!

Hey Morris, do you know of any LBC drivers down my way? I've been driving around daily for 7 months and only think I've seen one LBC in SA - a white MGB.

Don't know of any down your way. See 'em all the time up here.

Come on up and we will have a very small car show at the tap house round the corner.

Hehe sounds like a plan. Let me get the front end shake solved first else it would be a slow drive up
