Have a friend that needs the Hooters washer and wiper switches for a 1969 TR6. I believe the switches were only made for the 69 TR6 after 69 they are a little larger and you need to cut some of the metal behind the dash. So any help with find 69 Hooters switches would be great.

Thanks

Hey Russ,...This is one of the most "elusive" parts on any TR. If I'm not mistaken, they were used on the TR250 as well, and are VERY hard to find.
I'm thinking e-bay is going to the best shot at it, but it may be a long endeavour.
Good luck Bob

Thanks Bob that's what I'm finding out, What I understand now is that they were recalled and replaced with Lucas switches. I found one in the UK that sold for nearly $200. US WOW what a hit for a switch.
