Long time bugeye owner, first time here

Hey guys,

Ok, so I've been lurking long enough on here and decided to join to group.

I've owned my 59 bugeye since 1998 when I bought it for a $1.00 off my uncle. The car has been in the family since it was bought brand new back in '59 and has seen only 2 owners, my uncle and now myself. I haven't done much with the car, but I did however switch out the 948 to a 1275 and had the whole engine compartment redone. It still has the original dash, trunk liner, chrome, etc. it did have the original rubber carpet, but it was so dry rotted and stunk really bad that I had to tear it all out.
