...sort of. I drove her .7 miles around my aunt & uncle's neighborhood today. Throttle response is great, Ansa exhaust sounds mean, clutch feels great and she shifts really nice. Brakes work great but the pedal is so sticky that I have to get my foot under the pedal and pull it back up!

Sure you have a return spring on the brake pedal, heh.
 
Good idea there, mate- the very same thought crossed my mind! I can actually hear the spring when I move the pedal. Perhaps it's rusty? The pedal is rather tough to pull "up" right now.
 
Look to the pivot bushings and linkage, Cam. PB Blaster or Marvel on the pivot bolt and... and....

Agree, if spring is there. Just clean up the pivot bolt and lub.
