Lock tumbler

I've had my lock tumble pull out of the door push button (BJ8) twice now over the years. Put the key in, the tumbler come out in the key.
The bolt seems to unscrew itself.
I've used loctite, but that does not seem to work. Maybe I'm using the wrong colored loctite?

How is the tumbler supposed to be held in?
Am I missing some parts?

Thanks guys,
Roger

The bolt does have a nut on it. I tightened mine against the lock tumble (barrel).
The bolt itself turns 1/4 in a strip that also connects to the front of the handle.
The nut on the bolt needs some distance to the head of the bolt for the lock tumble / barrel to be able to turn inside the cup.

Numbers 30 to 34, the bolt and nut can be found in the picture bottom left in front of the spring (33)

Take the door trim panel off and look with a flashlight, down inside the door, for the nut that holds it on.
