I've seen some amazing things in the 40 years I've spent in heavy construction, but never witnessed anything close to this. This guy definitely has suicidal tendencies!

That looks like one of those car commercials that always has the disclaimer "This was done on a closed course by trained professionals. Do NOT attempt this at home, or anywhere else!!" Have you seen the YouTube clip of the machine unloading itself? See the thread "A Stroke of Genius" in this forum.
Not that we here use a 10 wheeler to haul track hoes, we usually use a low boy trailer, but that method is used quite frequently when side loading or side off loading a track hoe to prevent damaging the truck or trailer.
