Ja, we got a bit of snow the last few days. It's expected to continue for the next week. So the wife's car had no chance of making it to the store, so we had to take old trusty.

I don't use it much, but when I need it, it starts right away, even with dead battery!!

We got about 3 inches on Bainbridge Island last Monday, and then the roads iced over, causing numerous ditch dives and spin-outs (we have a lot of hills here).

Lucky for me, my trusty '97 Discovery made it simple to play neighborhood taxi service to and from the ferry terminal while the buses were all incapacitated.

I love my Rover.

I'm actually considering a Land Rover to compliment my Bugeye, and the fellow who owns Great Basin Rovers here in Utah has a nice Bugeye along with his Rover compliment.

I absolutely love old Land Rovers. I'd have one in a New York minute, all I need is the money. Apart from the classic version, maybe a nice LR3 or perhaps a late model Disco.....
