Just a funny little bit I came across while gluing up an old dash that was coming apart. There is a serial number on the back, near the door and one on the bottom of the door that match. Just never noticed it before. Finding the right color brown to go around the door and inside so as not to see the laminate was a bit of hassle.
 
And if you were to remove the upper dash pad, the body number is hand-written in yellow wax pencil on the paint.
(at least it has been on the 2 or 3 TR6s I've done dash pads on.)
