The price is blinding, but I suspect the company is not making a killing.
 
I mean, technically, couldn't they be tagged and driven on the street? If people tag 4 wheelers and side by sides, seems like that little thing wouldn't be too much of a stretch
 
That car is the size of some microcars from the 1950's, which I assume are street legal somewhere
