I have just added an Excel spredsheet of E-Types and their owners by year. To download it, click HOME and then right click on the 67 XKE at the top of the main page. Then choose "Save Target As." Pretty cool! Thanks to Mike Powers for providing this!

Cy,

There is no "Home" on this page. A suggestion - put a Home button on all pages. I have bookmarked the Jaguar forum to avoid going through steps to get there and therefore do not generally see the Home page.

Having gone to the Home page and saved the link from the E Type, I do not get an Excel file. I get a Netscape file which attempts to take me back to the link.

Gene, you should see a table of contents on the left. On there, you will see (should see) 5 buttons. The top button is lables HOME. If that's not wnat you're seeing, something is wrong.

The table of contents and the buttons (actually 6 buttons) only appear on the Home page:

https://www.britishcarforum.com/

Once you go to one of the forums, e.g.:

https://www.britishcarforum.com/cgi...s&forum=Jagaur&number=2&DaysPrune=&LastLogin=

the contents and buttons disappear. Wait a minute. I just learned something. If I start with the home page and navigate through the buttons, the contents and buttons stay there but, if I bookmark the Jaguar forum and come to the site that way, there is no contents and buttons on the left side??????????

Try it!

Right! That's because I use Frames and the main URL of www.britishcarforum.com, actually points to an "index.html" page, which is made up of a frame set of two frames (left and right side). The table of contents is contents.html and always is in the left frame and whatever link you click on will put that page in the right frame. For example, the links page is www.britishcarforum.com/links.html, and if you enter that URL it will bring up the links page by itself. but, if you start at the index (frames page) and click on the links button, it will put the links.html page in the right frame. In otherwords, for best results here, always start at the index page (www.britishcarforum.com) then use the buttons to go to the forums, or links, or wherever. (Notice I just added a VOTE Button)

Cheers,
Cy
