I tend to remember the most the depression era Three Stooges shorts that over the years have played on PBS, syndication channels and now streaming "classic" channels. I could see this photo as Moe slapping Curly and saying "Quiet numbskull"... And perhaps Putin going "Whooo, whooo, whooo"...
