TR2/3/3A LED turn signal issues

Folks,

A few years ago, I installed LED turn signals and an electronic flasher unit, as well as LED brake lights, from LiteZupp, on my TR3A.
They worked fine for a few years.
When they quick working, I replaced the electronic flasher unit, and they worked for for a few days.

Now, the brake lights have quick working.
I am not sure if the brake lights quit working at the same time the turn signals quit working.

Does anyone have a suggestion on where I should start in determining what to repair/replace?

Thanks.
Ron

First thought - the flasher shouldn't be operating the brake lights, so I think you have two different problems.

Check the brake light circuit first, so you can narrow down the troubleshooting. I'm thinking it's the brake fluid pressure switch that has failed (causing the brake lights to fail).

Thanks, Tom.
I believe that the brake light switch that is on the car is original from the factory. I will bypass it and see what happens.

Update:
Running 12 volts to the brake light switch turns on the brake lights. Sounds like I need to order a new switch.
Both front and rear running lights come on with the light switch is turned on, but still no turn signals with the key on.

I would consider changing to a switch activated at the master cylinder or the brake pedal. The new fluid-activated ones have had issues. Lots of posts about this change. Perhaps flasher has failed, or you have poor ground.

Cheers, Mike
