Leaf springs

I have a 60 bug eye I removed the leaf springs during restoration. One seems to be newer with 11 leafs and the older one has 10 leafs. My question is which is correct when I'm buying new leafs?

I don't know much about the bugeye but I do know that you need to buy both new springs regardless. Old springs will sag over time. I don't think you would every want to put one new spring paired with one old spring. I'm in the same boat on my bn4. I have one good old spring and one with a broken leaf. I'm stuck buying 2 new springs. Just pucker up and do it. Sorry.
