Leaf Green

It's been so long since I worked on my Bugeye that it's starting to turn green up here in the damp northwest .

.....Just kidding. I'm working on the bonnet structure now, but here's some photo's of the paint I put on in September. It's single stage urethane from TCP Global. I ordered the paint from them because they had the original paint chip of this color and I wanted to see how it looked. The paint itself went down well so I decided to go ahead and paint the bottom, engine compartment and interior. That way I was able to get the tub down off the rotisserie and be done with it. I've read nothing but positive reviews about this company, and it's paint, so I felt confident that the paint would be good enough for these areas. I'll probably still use PPG for the outside of the car just because it's such a proven product. But if anyone was looking for a report on TCP Global paint I'll give 'em a thumbs up.
regards
Mark

Beautiful! However, I'm rather partial to photo #38. :cooler:

Stripped down to nothing but their Bra? :yesnod:
Yeah Baby!If Austin Powers drove a Bugeye, would it be a shageye?

Thanks for the kind words everyone!
Hey Dave, Is your Bugeye Leaf Green as well? The picture in your avatar is the color I was shooting for. Mine seems a little different. Also, what color is your interior? I can't decide whether to stick with black or switch to green.
Regards
Mark

Mark,
Yes mine is Leaf Green, the PO gave me the paint info: Dupont code GS272, Spectramaster Green. The interior is dark green, but I don't know the source. From what I have seen the two greens are accurate to the original colors and look very nice together.

Dave,
it'd be great to see some pictures if you have any.

Mark,
I will gladly post them, but I will need to get an online account somewhere and it is late. I will post them tomorrow evening, or better yet PM me your email and I will send you larger pics direct tomorrow after work.
