And now Lauren Bacall. Going all the way back to her first role with Bogart "You just put your lips together and blow" .


And in Murder on the Orient Express back in the 1970s.

- "No, madame."

Wonder who will be remembered fifty years from now.

I totally agree with that! She was wonderful! Just something about her manner that separated her from other actresses. She made Bogart look like a Prince! Actually, so did Katherine Hepburn! PJ

The mind is boggled, actually.... as to the who's and the why's....

But Bacall was a classy dame - in the parlance of her day.
