Last repair tale from Eugene, OR

Greetings to all. I just took possession of a 1974 TR6, a model I've (almost) drooled over for many years. I'm not a car guy, but the guy across the street is and after taking him for a spin, we popped the hood, found a few problems and fixed a leaking coolant hose. And that is the last repair I'll ever need to do! <ahem>

I've replaced the tires already and will take it into a reputable shop on Monday for a tune-up and once-over and we'll go from there. Should anything else ever go wrong--which we know is unlikely--I might pop in with a question. In the meantime I'll lurk around and soak up wisdom.

well clearly we will never hear from you ever again having repaired the lone problem. :ROFLMAO: Still in the extremely unlikely chance that anything else will ever go wrong we are glad you are here!

Hello robatc

Great looking TR6. Fill it up with fuel and enjoy the summer driving with the top down. If you need help we will be in the Triumph section.
If you get bored you can take a look at the pub section. Almost anything comes up for discussion.
