As mentioned in a earlier post, I spent a lot of time tonight cleaning parts. In this case emergancy brake cable/ rear flange/ pivot thing etc. None of these parts were originally painted. Some are cast metal, others not. As I reassemble them should I paint them or just leave them as is?

Thanks for your thoughts

Paint them. Chasis Black.

i am painting whatever i can. bolts and things like that i am leaving bare unless i paint them as an assembly. i recommend powdercoating, but thats and individual choice.
