2 or 3 years ago I bought a mess O parts not knowing exactly what I was buying. One thing I bought was the timing chain tensioner. I've put on the timing chain and was noticing that replacing the tensioner does not look like the easiest job on the car. Is it worth doing? They don't really look like they wear. If so, any tips for replacing the bottom cotter pin?

thanks again for all y'all's support

JP, thet bottom pin is a bugger to install, but it can be done. I think that at the factory, the chain was installed on the bracket before it was riveted to the cover.
