Spotted some of the usual over the last couple of days, an R8 (nice), a McLaren MP4 (OK, no so usual, but I've seen a couple) and some Lamborghini-or-other (probably a Gallardo, yawn).

But there were two stand-outs (that actually have a lot in common), a Yellow Lexus LFA and a red 240Z.

Love seeing an old and loved Z on the road. It may cost less than a set of tire for any of those others but I still see fewer of them these days.

I guess seeing the LFA shouldn't have been too much of a surprise, I was just a few blocks away from Toyota's USA headquarters at the time.

Love seeing 240Zs (even though they helped decimate the British sports car industry).

And you're right....it's more common to see an R8 or Lambo than a 240Z these days. I have seen an LFA but more of the Nissan GT-Rs. Only one McLaren that I can recall.

We have several 240Zs that race with us (including one that runs "MG" badges).

I have no idea where you guys live but I see 240 through 280 Zs all the time, and have never seen a Lambo, McLaren, or an R8 on the road. I have seen one GT-R down in Dallas once.
