Went for a drive in the Midget today.I spotted this Fulvia.Owner told me that he
bought it from Italy.I noticed that he left the keys in the ignition.When I informed him
of this,he said "I know".Then I asked him if I could take it for a drive.
Later,while driving down back roads,I came across this wrecking yard with all kinds
of interesting cars.On top of the pile was a MKIII Midget.

That wrecking yard is almost a history of 1950s-1960s cars. Wow.

But how can that (1961?) Studebaker just sit there abandoned? it has potential ...

That's what I was thinking - I haven't seen a yard like that literally since those were just used cars.
 
Is that a Chrysler Airflow (sans chrome grill strips) in the middle of the second junkyard picture?
 
Walt - I think the carcass is too narrow for an Airflow.

But there may be a 1949 Plymouth in the upper left corner of that photo.
 
Nice find, I've seen very few Fulvia coupes like that, 20 years ago there was one of these (a total wreck) behind an Italian repair shop, haven't seen it since... Not even sure if it's even here in Calgary anymore...
