Nov 9 to 16. In Mexico.

A Studebaker won last year (but not your Gran-Dad's Studey.....one that could go 150 mph).

(caution: annoying music)

Not sure of the cost to enter the "regular" historic class, but the "Unlimited" class entry fee is $13,500! (with an early bird discount).

If I remember,it was built like a Nascar racer underneath the skin.

I have two buddies from Grand Rapids, Mi participating this week...Team #283 with a Volvo 544....white with green and red accents

Here's a link to a photoshow just completed by George Sullivan. He and Tom Boes have returned to Grand Rapids, MI after safely and successfully completing the 2006 running of LaCarrera Pan Americana in Mexico. It offers a viewing of many of the participants and countryside as seen through the eyes and windscreen of the Dover Brothers.
