My buddies from Michigan - George Sullivan and Tom Boes - are competing in their second LaCarerra PanAmericana this year. (They did it in 2006 in the same car.)
As I get interesting photos or posts to their blog, I'll let you know here.
They had an interesting experience running this race two years ago...I'm sure this year will be no different!
One difference they've already noted....armed guards for the cars.
