Knocking sounds coming from front left -

Of my Daimler 4.2 - its either from the front left steering set up or from the wheel itself - It manifests itself if I am making a right turn - especially under accelleration. Noticed its getting worse (only first appeared a week ago when I heard low level rumbling sounds on rough surfaces)
I am bringing it to the garage tomorrow but I always like to show them that I know a bit about it (even though I dont have a clue) /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thirsty.gif

Its probably a front wheel bearing

Agreed, wheel bearing is the most likely culprit.
