Aha! the plot thickens. What system and/or software did you use to make that full backup?

I used a program called Acronis. I was told that it was probably the best program I could have used. Don't know if that's true or not. As I have out-of-town guests today I probably can't do much until Friday. I guess I know what the weekend holds for me.

I use the Windows operation system - Vista.


sigh

P.S. No response to my e-mail. I am probably going to end up faxing the e-mail asking them if they read their e-mail. Still torqued.
