Several scenes there where you can see the streets blocked off.
 
I noticed the streets being blocked off but no one was hanging out of windows to watch any of it. It just seems as if the city was deserted. Quite eery.
 
Someone in the know was saying that this took
about 4 days to shoot - it wasn't one continuous drive.
He said the had to change many sets of tires,etc.

In the aerial shots you can see the circular rubber on the road of previous attempts. But, I too am amazed at the lack of bystanders.
