K & N Oil filter question

I have a Moss spin-on filter adapter kit installed on an MGA 1500 engine and want to verify that the proper K & N filter to use with it is the HP2009. I'd appreciate comments from anyone whose engine is set up with this kit as to what K & N they use.

I have an early b about 23,000 motor July of 63. The Moss filter adapter came with a Fram 3600 which is a K&N 2009.

I think it is the same as the later MGA. Maybe.

I've been using K&N 2009 on two cars equipped with the Moss spin-on adapter for the past few years. No problems.
