About to watch Mike Smith, a New Mexico native (Roswell), ride Justify for an attempt at the Triple Crown.

It was an impressive run. I was curious as to how the Belmont would shake out since the first two were so wet.
 
I always compare any winner to Secretariat (who would have won by 5 seconds - huge). Probably not fair. :rolleye: Still, always impressed with a Triple Crown winner.

Great movie about Secretariat with Diane Lane as Penny Chenery and John Malcovich as trainer Lucian Laurain (with a cameo of the real Penny Chenery as just another member of the crowd in the stands)
