It says temporary water supply. Not sure what that means. Our esteemed leader may be able to answer. Also leader, I made a special effort to finally photo it. Bowing as I speak.
 
Found out that the fellow who is responsible for this is a plumber, Sprite racer, good guy and is a gent by the name of Dave Long. Fellow LBC racer, a lady really, informed me.
