Next trip. Weather didn't quite cooperate, and though I would have liked to go, didn't miss it a bit. Too much else to do in the 3 days we were there.

Fer SURE! This was just the tail end of our trip to Honduras. Many good eats there, as well!
I think the fried spiders were a great appetizer!
