Seems you got one'a them poxy seat-belt warning switches too.

Good score!

I went junk yarding yesterday, too! Came home with a pair of Fiero seats, a space saver spare, and a few other goodies...all for $28.50.

Rick - go back & get 2 more Fiero seats - you'll need the feet off them to modify 1 set to fit the seat holes in your MG floors.

& if you didn't get seats with speakers in the headrest, lemme know & I can send you some instructions for cutting & installing them.

(sorry to hijack)

Tony, in your opinion, what would the best Fiero seats to get be? I'm thinking seats from a 1988 GT would be the best of the breed, but I want your input.

I like the ones with speakers in the headrests best - other than that, they're all the same.... upholstery doesn't matter to me (except for the funny shaped padding in the seat backs) because I always recover them with Mr. Mike's leather kits...he's even started offering seat kits with the MG logo embroidered on them because I've bought so many from him.

When you buy 1 set of seats, either grab another or let me know because you need enough feet for 4 seats to make 2 seats that fit the holes in your MG floor...on my website, I have instructions for modifying the Fiero seats to fit:

https://www.theautoist.com/fiero_seat_modifications.htm

&here's Mr. Mike's url: https://www.mrmikes.com
He sends a great video & eerything you need to do the upholstery...I've modified/upholstered & sold 14 sets as far away as the UK!

I bought gray floor mats because I can't afford MrMike's covers yet... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/lol.gif

Those are my seats on Mr.Mike's website...two tone grey...my 74.5 MGB/GT can be seen in the background.

hottvr, Awsome bucket! what a find! those are rare, especially in the "PG1a" paint code (primer grey). that ougtta fetch a good buck on ebay. hehehehehehehehe

I did not see any priceing on his site so of course I gota ask??

Pricing depends on what you want to have...special embroidery, grille holes for the speakers, slots for five-point harnesses, etc.

He's a great guy...and will also send small swatches for colour samples if you wish.
