I could never tell you the name of her character, Ruth Martin, but I'll never forget the credits announcer saying her name.
Funny what sticks in your head from 70 years ago.
I know I watched the show, as did the rest of the world but now only think of the comedy sketches "is Timmy in the well?".
None of 'US' needed to be told the name of the dog.
Was the kids character really named Timmy?
Rin-tin-tin was another one where the dog was the hero who saved the day.
Can we send one of them to save the East Wing?
