I just received my June issue. As usual, Reid has done another great job. But I need some information. on pp 16-17, there is a spread for a photo ad of the BN4 published in 1957. I asked Reid if he knew the publication and he does not have that info. I have seen the ad in the past, but never spread across 2 pages. Does anyone know what publication and issue that had this particular ad. I have a number of Longbridge ads in my literature collection, but this ad is certainly unusual

thanks - :driving:

thanks - jim

Well, I looked but was unable to find it; I have that ad from a magazine that my Mother had cut it out of and saved for me.

I'm thinking it was from an issue of Town & Country, as my Mother wasn't prone to buying Road & Track. In HM, Reid has it from 1957...

I've also seen that ad, or a very similar one, as a one (1) page spread too.

Hi Jim,
If you haven't, check out Derek Job's site. the brochure may be there.

Randy and Greg - I definitely checked Derek's site immediately. but I could not find the ad. For some reason I thought this ad was used only for the first time with the introduction of the 3000.

I will have to check out some old issues of Town & Country when I come across them at flea markets

thanks :driving:
