Here's the link to Johns videos. https://www.universitymotorsltd.com/techvids.html
University Motors Limited, Ada, Michigan

My questions are, will these videos disappear after University Motors fold? Is there any way these can be downloaded for later use? Are they copywrited? How can these be preserved for us and future generations?

Paul, I have downloaded them all using Downloadhelper with my Firefox browser.here's a link. https://www.downloadhelper.net/
They show up in reduced size, but they are still fine.
I don't know if downloadhelper works with internet exploder, I don't use it. But you need a method for downloading an "flv" file.
As for future generations, those kids probably know of an even faster better way to do it, but this old geezer found a way to get save them all.

I downloaded them from youtube just in case someday they disappeared.

When you download them, will they still work if the link is no longer valid on the net? Can they be put on a disk and viewed even if the U-Tube program disappears? I'm not very savvy on this.

I'd like to know also. Maybe John would authorize relocating them to a site like this one.

Yes, you can save them onto your hard drive. I can watch them whether I'm on line or not. The Downloadhelper is the key, but it's free and pretty easy to use. If you want detailed instructions pm me and I'll try.
