I just drug home the Jensen Healey and it is about what I expected. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif All the exterior panels are solid with no filler but the floor pans have been replaced shodily. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/pukeface.gif Is there a source for replacement floor pans? Does anyone have a service manual?

Ummm... yeah, I have a works shop manual, a good (big) wiring diagram too. Whadda ya need me to look up?

May be a ~bit~ premature, but you could try...

and a bit of advice in advance: Miner's hat and encounter suit MAY be of some value before ya que up. Legend has it there's a Series 3 Lotus Elan buried in there someplace.

It turns, has good compression, clean oil with no signs of rust or moisture, clean antifreeze, radiator full. So far, better than what I expected. I have to look in the tank and probaly clean and seal it before I try to fire it up.

Mouse nests are gone!

Mouse nests?!?! Check the wiring, man. Them li'l buggers are NASTY on a loom.
 
Congrats! I dragged one home too a couple months ago, and then had another one just show up in my driveway while I was out of town! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif Anywhoo, the first one fired right up with a little coaxing. Too bar it doesn't have any oil pressure. The second is missing it's motor, but the 5spd is still there! Good luck!
 
If you are still looking for floor pans, I have a pair of brand new ones that I ordered for a customer who couldn't pay for them. Send me a pm if you are interested in them.
 
You have to love it when people just drop off good english cars in your driveway when you are out of town.
Maybe I should leave town more often and leave a wish list taped to my door.
 
There's a guy on 287 with a Buick V-6(all poking through the hood too!) powered GT6 for sale... $7oo dollar could get it there! Nice guy, into Model A's.(seriously) Anyhow, I'm installing those one-way spike thingies in my driveway, so I can score tow-vehicles too! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
