Spotted an orange JH (in Orange, Ca.) on my way back from the grocery store, yesterday.

It was going the opposite way so I couldn't say hi. My wife commutes through that neighborhood on the way to work and she's seen the car before. Hopefully, I'll catch him in a parking lot or something, sometime and get to ask him about the car.

Well, mine should be back on the road this weekend after a winter long update: complete top end rebuild (she turned over 100,000 miles last fall and I'm quite sure they weren't designed to run that long) with new valves, guides, springs, etc. Also completely redid the interior, including new floor pans, and then new carpet and (gasp) new non original seats, but they are SO much nicer. Got a deal on a very nice pair of seats from a 1987 Fiero GT. They don't look too out of place, and they are head and shoulders more comfortable than the originals ever could have been. I'll post up a summary of her winter under "Other British Cars" sometime soon.
