Features a pretty TR3A on the cover, with an article about it inside; set up for rallying. Owned by a BCFer, perhaps?
 
I just got mine yesterday. Dave LeChance, who is a triumph fan and owner did the article, but I think I've seen the name pop up here of the owner. Possibly a VT native?
