Saw "Quantum of Solace" yesterday. While I think Daniel Craig was a great choice for the new James Bond, I was disappointed. No gadgets, no cool cars (the Aston Martin was nice, but the "action" filming was so frantic, it was hardly noticeable), and few memorable lines; the movie was pretty lame, overall. Very good job, however, with the tension between "M" and Bond, and a neat visual throwback reference to a scene in "Goldfinger". (Though I won't give that one away.)
Recommendation: Wait for it to come to cable/satellite!
