Jaguar mounted a large diamond to each of the noses of their F1 cars in the recent Monaco race....some sort of marketing scheme. Heck, I couldn't even afford to a stick a Zirconium fake on the front of my racer.
Anyway, one of the cars crashed and a diamond is missing.

I heard about this on the radio the other day......first-lap crash by a rookie driver in Monaco (who would have guessed that might happen.....DUH!!!!!) Apparently this diamond is worth $200,000 and scores of people were combing the site after the crash to see if they could find the thing. Someone has pocketed it no doubt, and have decided to keep it. After all, if it was found by a Monaco resident they probably have no need for the reward money anyway /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
