So, we went down to Powellwoods, in Federal Way, for a show-n-shine and lunch...later a tour of the extensive gardens.
Had to drive there...limited parking, so we all piled into the sedans.
Club Pres and his Significant Other climbed in the back of the 2.4. Here's a guy used to a 4.2 E-type roadster......he was amazed at how different the 2.4 sounded.
Yeah, other than being about half the displacement, downdraughts versus side draughts, single exhaust with single muffler...and what, a 4.55 rear with a top speed new of 95 or 96................I think he was amazed.
