J.A. Pearce Wheels

Got a set of vintage alloys from eBay for the TR4. After October's road trip I thought a wider tire and different look might be worthwhile.

The wheels were made by J.A. Pearce, a British firm that specialized in after-market accessories in the 60s.

Based on Forum advice I went with the Bridgestone Potenza in 195/65 - wider but not over-the-top wide.

Nice Geo! I was drooling over those myself a week or two ago - glad they went to an owner & car worthy of those Lawencetune optional accessories!

What did you use for center caps?

I searched in vain among the local wheel suppliers, nothing on the shelf and hard to order out of a catalog and know if it would fit.

In the end I made my own from 'something round' and used an extra set of medallions I had.
