My neighbors have you beat - they've had their lights up for months.

Just looked at my sign up date - November 2004 - making this potentially #13 - one of my longer standing Christmas traditions. thanks!

I've got lights but no sound, and I don't see anything under settings that would affect it. Somehow breaking the lights is less satisfying with no sound. :(:(

I know this lights use Java to run. Maybe you don't have the latest version of Java or something in the Java settings is preventing the sound. Just spit-balling here.

Chief, thank you for the cheery lights! But I have to apologize for accidentally breaking a few. Sorry for the mess, they apparently have fallen onto your side of the screen.

Iโ€™m glad to see you are sticking with the good old incandescent s and for going the LED here on the site very nice and traditional.

I get sound with IE but not Chrome. Must be a Lucas thing.

Try cleaning your cache and re-starting (likewise with the sound in an earlier post) I get it fine with chrome - though loose all sound in chrome after a couple of weeks of the computer continually on.

Didn't work, but I did find this while look to make sure I had the latest version of Java:

Lights but no sound here (using Microsquish "Edge"). Haven't tried Firefox or Chrome (which I have here). Used to get sound in previous years.
I'd read that Edge does not support Java.

A man goes to the doctor with hearing problems.

"Can you describe the symptoms to me?" asks the doctor.

"Yes. Homer is a fat yellow lazy bum and Marge is a skinny bird with big blue hair!โ€™โ€ is the reply.

(BTW...I don't hear any glass breaking, either.)
