I'm needing a rebuild, or a rebuilt gearbox for my 1969 Austin Healey Sprite, 1275. Needs to be the ribbed case, not smooth. I'm here in Macon Ga. Anyone have what I'm looking for, or know of someone who can rebuild?

There are a couple of gearboxes fpr sale on British Car Forum Classifieds if you have not found a gearbox yet.
 
There's a guy in the Cincinnati Brit car club with a freshly rebuilt rib case tranny. (he went with 5 speed) Check out Craigslist Cincinnati. I think he listed there.
