continuous rubber bumper over rigid steel hull with
2000 hp forward motion design with fast stern kick
about capability. Does not appear ocean going. The
outside two pairs give the craft excellent slow speed
ability. The inside four are the workhorses.

If it's not photoshopped, my best guess is a homebrewed
river barge pusher. Maybe Mississippi or Amazon or
Nile river?

Notice not a single rod holder on that tub.
If I were Captain pushing a slow barge, I'd also
be draggin' a few fishin' lures as well!!

Edit: Water looks salt. Could be a harbour craft
to assist large cargo ships with docking procedures.
