Is this cool or what?

I like it!! Hmmm...that old speedo I have that's shot.... got me thinking now!

that is way cool - check out his other stuff - very neat!

Yeah but it might lead to confusion. " Honey, what time is it?" "It's a quarter past a hundred and twenty dear."

Now that you mention it, the clock - with minutes and hours - might be good for doing my zero to 60 time

Hey, no fair. I made this way back in September from a tach (with substantial patina) that came in an Ebay dash.

nice - especially cause yours is real

What a nice thing to do with old unsalvageable insturments.

It was in bad shape. The glass was gone, and the works were just a block of rust. I got the clock on a trip to Hobby Lobby with my wife for $5. The name of that place is a total bait-and-switch, very little of what I consider "hobby" on sale there, but my wife loves it.

I'm so happy how it turned out that I'm kind of on a look out for rough gauges now to make a second for my office. Nothing else I have in my collection is in bad enough shape for me to want to destroy them, and I think it makes a better looking clock if it is a little tattered.

Were did you get the works Brian. I think it is a great idea.

Super, thanks.
