If I find the miscreants I'm gonna pagger 'em good... /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/mad.gif

Blame the Canadians, it's their airmass.
I'm heading across the pond next week, it's warmer there.

I think you guys got it first Barry /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/jester.gif and as for across the pond, damp, drizzle, dreary, it's the only place where it rains between the showers. I just hope you don't have S.A.D.S. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/devilgrin.gif

P.S. seriously though have a good trip

Er,yup. Tiz 37° out. I actually turned the heat on for a few minutes to take the chill off the house.

The cold doesn't bother me a bit, but I have to admit the wind makes a big difference. Gusting to 26 (they say).

I do hope the heat is working in the airplane this morning. It gets like a meat locker in there after awhile.

Hey doc according to the news this am we had 17" of the white stuff yesterday so think yourself lucky we didn't send you some down /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/angel.gif

To be fair, this'll dissipate in a few hours, whole thing in a day or two. It was just that I had to get the bins to the curb ahead of the 6AM pick-up time this morn and it was a SHOCK.

You can keep th' fat rain where it is, Will. Last time we saw "snow" here was in the early '80's and it wasn't nice. Before that was about '77. I prefer to be skiing on nice ~warm~ water... I found I've developed an allergy to trees. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smirk.gif

Positively teeth-chattering weather!!! A bone-chilling 40* here at sunup this morning! 9 am and it's still below 50*...BRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! I bet it got cold all the way down to Tinster's!!! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/eek.gif

No. It's winter.

This is a joke:

A priest, a rabbi, and a Buddhist monk walk into a bar......... /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

All this cold snow blowing in their faces prevented them from seeing it before they bumped into it.

Friends in my local TRA club moved to Florida. They heard that us Marylanders received six inches of snow, so the sent an e-mail to the club:

"We unpacked some tools that we can't identify. They have long wooden handles and curved blades. What are they?"

I replied:

"They are head-bashers. They are used on the skulls of those who make light of others' hardships."

They took it as it was meant; as a joke.

It is almost noon and still only 57 here. Did not freeze lat night Doc. Too close to the coast.

Miss Agatha weathered it fine. Garage was nice and toasty this morning.

Hey, you guys need to add some layers! I'm still riding my motorcycle to work! 30F this morning at 7am, wind about 25mph.

I was nice and toasty in my heavy duty winter riding gear! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/driving.gif

Right now, 37* sounds positively like a heatwave to me. Want snow? We got some.........

Sure. Gladly. 37° isn't bad until you get up and realize you left the windows open all night. Makes for a chilly shower.

63 here right now and as soon as I get done washing the salt off my truck and give the MG a quick scrub I'm heading up to the mountains to do some MG flogging. Then maybe a swim in the pool when I get back.

A priest, a rabbi, two Buddhist monks, a guy leading a llama on a leash, an Old English Sheepdog with a duck wearing a cowboy hat riding on his back, and Bob Barker walk into a bar. The bartender looks at them and says "What is this? Some kinda joke or sump'n?"

Thirty seven degrees? Pffft. Like a spring day! I finally started wearing my lined gloves instead of the fancy driving gloves with the holes over the knuckles, started zipping up my jacket and wearing long sleeved shirts.

Dang it was cold yesterday! Son is home on leave from VA. for the holidays so we got in some long-missed father/son time doing a few little things to his car! Half way through I had to come inside and put shoes, socks, long pants and a sweatshirt on...froze my butt while he was enjoying the "hot weather"!!!
