My wife has one and really likes it. I've been resistant to getting one, preferring instead my assortment of mechanical, and quarts watches. I wear Casio G-Shocks for beater watches.

I rather enjoy wearing my Grandfather's 80 year old gold Lord Elgin (I replaced the spandex strap with a croc leather strap.). It still runs and keeps reasonably good time. I only wear it on very special occasions.

My nephew enjoys scuba diving - and REALLY enjoys looking for treasure - underwater metal detector and all. He has brought up a bunch of Apple Watches - leading me to conclude they have lousy straps.
