IRIS BLUE PAINT CHIP

New subject title only:
Does anyone have an Iris Blue paint chip they can loan me. I am on a mission to get Rustoleum (or equiv.) as close to Iris Blue as possible. I was told that I could have something brewed if I have a paint chip. We will see.
Thanks for looking.

Paul are you having the local hardware store mix this up for you or what. Not aware that Rustoleum could be custom mixed? PErsonally I'd likea little Guardsmen or Viper Blue. Instead I'll settle for Rustoleum Royal Blue. Need t odo a trial look and see if I like the color. I'm partial to the Sunburst Yellow but my better half keeps telling me how it will show every deflect and flaw. She's probably right.

Ben, That would be perfect. Send me an e-mail at: montpaul@msn.com and I will send along my mailing address.

I saw brand, other than Rustoleum, at a local large but not "big box" that looks very close to IRIS BLUE. I don't remember the brand, but I will post that info. this evening. Or I might have ACE brew me up a quart of their stuff.

FYI: Rustoleum IRIS BLUE only comes in spray cans by the case. Rather not do that.

Paul:

I have had them mix Old English White for me years ago and it came out pretty close.

The stuff I was thinking about earlier is called RUST CAP by Hammerite. The makers of Kilz. Does anyone know about this stuff?

Ben:
The pictures of your now new IRIS BLUE Bugeye show where I need to go. It looks great. When I need to show progress, I will just steal a picture of your progress and post it as if it is my own, Just kidding. Someday I hope to reach that point. Now very busy at work so can buy stuff but no time to fix and assemble.
