Yes. GW is right turn, GR is left turn, regardless of where the driver sits.
However, the front/rear section of the harness is always on the right side, and the wires cross over as needed. There are also separate GW and GR wires at the front that just run from side to side, one of which is unused.
The wiring diagram on page 48 of https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2H2NJt34OffNjQ4MTkyNjItZTVmYi00M2U2LWJhYWUtMjEyZDgxMzUyNzUw has been doctored to show the control head connections for a LHD car.
