Hi. My name is Trevor and although I grew up and worked in England most of my life, I now live in Canberra Australia. I am a member of the MG Car Club here and have held positions on the Committee in the past. Although I have owned a number of British cars when living there, my interest now is in MGs. I owned an early MGB roadster and then my pride and joy was a 1960 MGA, which I owned for almost 20 years. However, I sadly had to let her go after my wife had a total hip replacement and found it difficult getting in and out! I now own a 1978 MGBGT which was first registered in England in October 1978 and privately imported in Australia in 1982. Looking forward to learning from fellow members on this site.

You can post right here for starters - you could also make a similar post over in the MG forum (when you post there the image will automatically also be added to the MG section of our Media section). But for this thread you can post a picture here.

Welcome to the British Car Forum. Nice pics of your car. Thanks for posting them.
Apart from replacing coolant hoses, some door seals and having the foam in the seats replaced, she is all original with matching numbers. I can trace history of ownership. I recently applied for a Heritage Certificate which has been approved. Just awaiting deliver. The last elderly owner had her for 28 years.
