Interweb speed question

We are in the process of considering changing internet providers. (Don't suggest companies as they don't operate in Canada - which is the problem, no real competition) anyways, as I look at options, they all brag on internet speeds. There seems to be two points, one is "up to" 25mbps and the other "up to 35 mbps" (FWIW I just did speedtest with mine now and it shows 27.57 download and 3.17 upload speed)

Question: would I notice the difference between 25 & 35 mbps? I will be using it for normal surfing, plus netflix. any ideas?

thanks all

JP - you'd *definitely* notice a difference between 25 and 35 mbps. But only if you were really getting 35 mbps. The clue is "Up to" in the description.

I've got 25 mbps here, and when I run speedtest.net (or others), my download speed can vary from 8 mbps to 26 mbps, within five minutes.

A good site for comparisons and customer reports:

Someone just posted a review of Bell Robellus (North York ON) a few hours ago.
